I'm Majo

And like you, I’m smart and sensitive with a late-in-life, neurodivergent diagnosis. My neuro type is dyslexic, gifted AuDHDer. I spent most of my life trying to hold it all together, only to realize that freedom was lying in letting it all fall apart, in shedding the masks of who I thought I needed to be and coming home to who I truly am. 

Now I help amazing people like you do the same thing. Whether you simply identify as highly sensitive or neurodivergent, or you have a medical diagnosis in hand, I’m here to help you unlock the patterns that hold you back.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in yoga, mindfulness, meditation, somatic healing, and plant medicine, I want to help you write your own user manual and start living a life that works for you.

1 to 1 Coaching

I know first-hand the life-changing, transformative power of psychedelic experiences. If you’ve been on a journey with plant medicine, I’d love to help you integrate your discoveries and cultivate an increased sense of safety in your own skin.

Coaching for Neurodivergence and How It Can Help

Whether you simply identify as highly sensitive/neurodivergent or have a diagnosis in hand, I’m here to help you unlock the patterns that hold you back. 

Using science-based strategies for integrating your mind, body, and spirit you’ll come to deeply understand how your neurodivergence shows up and identify what you actually need to thrive. Instead of perpetually struggling to follow the neuronormative path, coaching can help you give yourself permission to chart your own path, to be a fabulous unicorn living in a zebra world.

When we don’t yet know how to work with our neurodivergence and hear the signals our system is sending, we struggle with a range of challenges – such as:

Somatic Work & Body Wisdom

Many of us were never taught how to listen to the wisdom of our bodies, which means we’re missing a huge number of internal signals around our individual needs and safety. Our mind often wants one thing while our body is doing or telling us something else. Somatic work helps you tap into what your body is telling you so that you can better identify your actual experience and the subconscious layers beyond what your mind wants. This helps to build the foundational sense of safety necessary for deep growth and transformation. 

Nervous System Work & Polyvagal Theory

Do you find yourself in cycles of stress and shut down? These are your autonomic nervous system’s responses – the fight, flight, or freeze reactions showing up in daily life. Together, we will work to understand your nervous system, identifying how it responds to the demands of daily living through patterns of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Rather than trying to control or override your system’s responses, you’ll learn to partner with your nervous system and access the sense of safety it needs.

By connecting with the wisdom of the whole body experience and cultivating a well-regulated nervous system, my clients report life-changing transformations including:

  • Letting go of survival patterns and fight or flight ways of thinking
  • Increased capacity for emotional regulation and more balanced mood
  • Access to greater creativity and productivity
  • The ability to better manage sensory experiences and fend off overwhelm

  • A deep sense of safety, allowing for a greater sense of trust and connection

Parts Work

We all have a collection of parts inside of us – behaviors or ways of being or parts of our personality. Some are more protective and function to try and keep us safe while others are more empowered and allow us to access joyful ways of being. Protectors keep us in our comfort zone and safe – even if that “safety” means repeating unhealthy or problematic behaviors that we don’t like. Parts work helps us to build a relationship with all the parts of ourselves without pushing any of it away. As a result, we can turn down the volume on the parts that are restricting our ability to grow and access the parts that want to help us expand.

Plant Medicine

Working with natural plant medicine radically improves our ability to access the wisdom of our body, brain, and nervous system so that we can find our way to more calm, safety, connection, and sense of awe and wonder. By facilitating the physiological state of safety that will amplify and aid all the healing work, these medicines function like training wheels that help to prepare the body open the pathways and teach them to remain open. While not required for our work together, you’ll get more results from the work you’re already putting in, tapping into a deep sense of connection with yourself, the people in your life, and the world around you.
