Bringing over 20 years of experience in yoga, mindfulness, meditation, somatic healing, and plant medicine, I take a body-first approach to coaching neurodivergent minds. Through a combination of science-backed nervous system training practices and natural plant medicine, I help my clients shed the patterns that keep them from accessing their full potential.
Building on my own experience with late-in-life, multi-divergent diagnosis, I’m uniquely equipped to help clients uncover their own neurology and finally access a deep sense of connection – with themselves, with others, and with a world built for neurotypical brains.
I believe that every individual has the potential to truly come home to themselves. I know it’s possible, because I’ve made the journey myself.
For highly sensitive, creative, and neurodivergent souls, our journey is often a difficult one. Without knowing why, we fall into cycles of burnout, depression, anxiety, and overwhelm.
Until I figured out my own neuro type – a gifted, dyslexic, autistic ADHDer – my internal life felt like a perpetual tug-of-war. I was torn between the need for novelty and adventure and a deep yearning for structure and routine.
I count myself lucky that my restlessness led me to a vibrant life of experience (I hitchhiked around the world in my 20s). But it also resulted in multiple debilitating burnouts that left me feeling lost and helpless.
Over more than twenty years of seeking and learning, I explored a wide range of modalities to help me find my answers. Starting with plant medicine, then turning to mindfulness and yoga, and ultimately finding my calling in coaching, I’ve spent my entire adult life learning how to work with the wisdom of the body, the mind, and the heart. Through understanding the nervous system, neuro types, and parts work, we can each decipher our own unique operating system. Tuning into the mind-body-heart connection, and understanding our strengths and our challenges, allows us to not just survive but to authentically thrive.
By understanding my own neuro type, I can finally relate to it from a supportive place – and that’s what I offer to my clients, too. I approach coaching from both studied knowledge and lived experience, comprehending the complexities and challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals, parents, and families.
In my vision, neurodivergent experiences are not labeled as disorders but recognized as unique neuro types, fostering a strengths-based approach. My commitment is to create a world where individuals can live unmasked, embracing their authenticity. My strengths lie in a profound understanding of sacred earth medicines and how they support the neurodivergent experience, as well as body wisdom, intuition and compassion.
